FAQ:
Is your hair real?- Yes! It is all real, I've never had extensions and never will
Have you ever dyed your hair?- Yes, I dyed my hair red when I was 11, dark brown when I was 13, black then purple when I was 14, brown when 15 and now I'm 16 and going blonde
How do you grow your hair so long?- It naturally grows fast, but to aid it I use a hair masque once a week and leave it on for 20 minutes - an hour, it REALLY helps and I recommend it to anyone
What products would you recommend to get clear skin?- I've recently started using it on a regular basis as I got it in the January Glossybox but the Monu Aromatic Mask is great! It's a gel mask that has an amazing texture and doesn't set, burn or feel uncomfortable and my skin has never been better. I also take my make up off with the Clean & Clear Daily Cleanser and it doesn't leave a trace of make up left on the skin :-)
How would you describe your style?- I do not have a set 'style'. I wear what I want whether it's in fashion or not, regardless of the stereotype it fits into. Some days I look more 'emo' or 'scene' and others I look like a typical beauty blogger. It all depends on my mood
If you could change one thing about you, what would you change?- This is a really hard question for me to answer because I dislike both my nose and my chest, I'd change either of those without hesitating
Do you have any piercings/tattoos?- I have 9 piercings (7 lobe piercings- 4 left, 2 right (I did have 3 in the right but one ripped out), 1 cartilage piercing on my right ear and a nipple piercing on the right side). I don't have any tattoos but I plan to get some as soon as I go off to uni as my parents don't agree with them
What do you do to get your messy bun so big?- I'll be doing a tutorial of this when I can be bothered but basically I put my hair in a tight pony tail, put on a hair donut then back-comb all my hair and loosly place it around the donut and pin it down tightly then pull it out slightly with my fingers
Favourite clothes shop?- Missguided, but I often shop at Primark
Do you have a job?- Yes, I work in Sainsburys on tills
What subjects do you do at school?- Photography A2 (did the AS in year 11 as well as ICT, will be carrying on in year 13), Business AS, Economics AS and Media AS
What do you want to do as a career?- I'd love to be a professional blogger/vlogger one day but it's just a hobby now, maybe one day it'll be full-time but who knows. I'm aiming to take a Business degree in September 2014 but I don't know what to do after that

So it's January and just past exam season so I realise we're all tired, worn out and don't feel like dressing up for 6th form! Recently I've been wearing joggers with a baggy tee and some converse, but here's an outfit with a bit more glam with the chunky jewellery. Personally, I love the Egyptian touch from the earrings which is on-trend for S/S13.

Beauty- Stilleto Tip Nails

Hello again everyone,
So I thought I'd do a bit of a personal post today which I haven't done in MONTHS! But here we go- my nails. They're acrylic & I did them myself. I was thinking about making a tutorial but I since I'm still learning how to do acrylics they're pretty shocking & I have a different method to most, so I wouldn't want anyone learning from the video! If you're interested in learning how to do acrylics I could a super cheap kit from EBay and it's fantastic for the money and from England so you won't have to wait a long time for delivery or pay import tax :-) If you want a review of it please comment below!

Beauty- Hair Inspiration

Hey Guys!
As you may realise from the mood board below, I'm planning on changing my hair. For a while now I've wanted to go blonde and this is the first step towards it- highlights. I'm going to the hairdressers tomorrow for a consultation and getting half head foils with 3 colours- mid-brown, light-brown and a dark blonde. I then hope to follow this up in 4-6 weeks by getting another set of foils of dark, light and platinum blonde. This is a huuuuge change for me but I've been looking forward to this for about 2 years now (I've never got round to it as money has always been an issue but I got £150 for Christmas this year). I may get the appointment to get it done tomorrow but if not sometime either this week or the next!
If you're a local follower (Folkestone/Ashford/Hythe) then I get my hair done in Oaks salon in Hythe & getting it done with either Kourtney or Jo- the style directors- and it will cost £59.50 each time which is very good considering my hair is sitting on my rib cage at the moment!
Here is my inspiration:

For those of you that don't know me, here's what my hair looks like at the moment:

Beauty- Best Bath & Body Brands of 2012

Number 5
L'Occitane (En Provence)
L'Occitane is a fabulous brand, perfect for gifts for Mums & Nans but is extremely expensive for what it is. The scents are very natural and focus around traditional fragrances such as rose, cherry and plum blossom and lavender. They sell a range of bath & body products, fragrances, candles and hair products for both men and women. Here are some of my personal favourites:

Shea Hand Cream

Number 4
Soap & Glory
Soap & Glory is a highstreet brand I'm sure you've all heard of as it is sold in stores such as Boots and Harvey Nichols. It is incredibly cheap and at the moment they are selling a lot of gift sets at reduced prices (it being past Christmas and all). If the full size products are still out of your price range, Boots sell the travel-size range which are fab for trying out new products you are unsure of. And if you really want a cheaper alternative try Dirty Works (sold in large supermarkets i.e. Sainsbury's) Here are a few of my favourites:

Scrub Your Nose In It (face mask)

Sugar Crush (body scrub)

Number 3
Lush Cosmetics
Most people would question why I have put Lush so low considering most beauty bloggers rate them quite highly and would even go as far to say it's their favourite brand. However, there is no Lush near me and I have only been in one twice (about 3 years ago was the most recent visit). I would order online but I'd hate to order something then hate the smell! I plan to go shopping in Maidstone soon as I heard there is a Lush there, I will keep you posted! As for now, I can't put any 'personal favourites' on as I can't recall which products I had bought :-(

Joint Number 1 & 2
Rituals
The Body Shop
I found it so hard to choose between these two as they are both my favourite brands in beauty. Rituals has the more sleek and elegant edge to bathing but the Body Shop is more affordable and has lot more relatable scents (strawberry, coconut, chocolate etc) compared to Rituals (Honey Touch, Mei Dao etc). At the moment here are my favourite Rituals products (these are also best-sellers and smell DIVINE! I would recommend these to anyone):

Here are my personal favourites for the Body Shop:

Lychee Blossom shower gel (not sold in the B.S. anymore)

Vanilla Bliss Collection:

Thank you for reading, everyone! I hope you had a wonderful Christmas,
Lots of love,

Fashion- Dainty Roses

As many of you know I am a massive jewellery fan and when I came across Dainty Roses I had to buy something! The site, run by Lisa, is a cheaper version of the popular competitors Chelsea Doll, Dolly Bow Bow and Regal Rose. She creates all her own jewellery ranging from necklaces, earrings, bracelets, brooches, rings and headwear. This is my first order and I have fallen in love with near enough everything on the site! I ordered a '£10 goody bag' which is exactly what it says on the tin. You pay £10 and you get 5 mystery rings inside. Initially I was worried about this due to my rather skinny fingers (I have to have adjustable rings) but after contacting Lisa on Twitter I was reassured and told I could have a *special* goody bag with 5 adjustable rings, aww how sweet! So below are the 5 rings I ordered:

All of the rings are absolutely beautiful and it astonishes me that she makes them all by hand. Overall the rings would have come to £23.50 if bought individually without the offer, which is very generous of her! Although they are all gorgeous I must admire the camera (2nd from left) and bear (2nd from right) rings as they are to die for!

I have to compliment the packaging, also. When the postman delivered a solid and secure cardboard box to my front door I was puzzled as to what it was (and puzzled how to open it?!) but after about 10 minutes of digging my claws into the next layer of pink and white striped packaging and opening the orange tissue paper I unwrapped a business card entitled 'Dainty Roses' and on the reverse has a sweet, handwritten note from Lisa, herself which was a lovely touch! Thank you, Lisa!

Overall, 10/10 for Dainty Roses and I have to thank her further for the great customer service. I will happily be buying from the cheap and reliable Dainty Roses!

Have a great day & thank you for reading,
